2. Data we collect

To prepare your answer, the request form collects:

• your name;
• the system you choose: astrology, tarot or numerology;
• your birth date (astrology and numerology), and optionally your birth time and city (astrology); no birth data is collected for tarot;
• a free description of your situation;
• your question.

No registration or account is needed. By submitting the request form, you agree to the processing of this data for preparing your answer.

3. AI provider

The text you enter is sent to Google Gemini, the AI model provider, to generate your answer.

4. How long we keep data

• The data you enter in the form is deleted once your answer is ready or the request is rejected. If generation fails, it is kept so that you can retry, until the next result or until the answer expires.
• The generated answer and your rating of it are kept for 7 days from creation if unpaid, or 30 days from payment if paid, and are then deleted automatically.
• Error logs do not contain the text you enter and are kept for no more than 30 days.

5. Payments

Payments are processed by Flitt. Card details are entered only in the Flitt payment form and do not pass through this website. We keep transaction records (payment status, amount, transaction ID, payment date, date access was given) and the record of your consent (time and policy version) as required for accounting. These records do not contain the data you enter in the form.

6. Deletion requests

To request deletion of your data, email support@samdzimari.com with the link to your answer or your payment ID. We will delete the answer and the data related to it; transaction records are kept to the extent required by law. We reply within 3 business days.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if we add analytics or advertising tools; changes will be published here with a new date.
