Samdzimari provides a digital service that is delivered immediately after payment. By requesting immediate delivery, you acknowledge that the service is fulfilled at once.

If you did not receive your answer, were charged more than once, or the service failed due to a technical error, contact support@samdzimari.com with your order details; we will review each request individually and, where justified, refund the payment to the original card.

Refund requests are accepted by email only; there is no separate refund form on the website.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable law.
